Inconel Alloy 800 Round Bars are age hardened through the addition of aluminum and titanium. Inconel Alloy 800H Round Bars maintains good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance and is used for parts requiring high resistance to creep and stress rupture up to 1300 Degree F (704 Degree C) and oxidation resistance up to 1800 Degree F (982 Degree C). Inconel Alloy 800HT Round Bars is non-magnetic, where prolonged soaking at the forging temperature is not desirable. We provide Inconel Alloy 800 Flat Bars for our customers who are looking for peak performance in extreme conditions.

Inconel Alloy 800 Threaded Bars is subjected to be produced under the specification which requires the solution annealed and aged material to meet a maximum hardness value. Inconel Alloy 800 Hollow Bars are particularly well suited for service in high-temperature environment where creep, corrosion and thermal shock resistances are desired. Inconel Alloy 800 Hexagonal Bars has excellent strength from -423 degrees F to 1300 degrees F (-253 degrees C to 705 degrees C).
