Mangalam Metal is exporter and supplier of Incoloy Alloy 925 Sheets & Plates, which has excellent weldability by all standard fusion methods, both with and without filler metals. Incoloy 925 Plates doesn’t display magnetism, but it is austenitic, corrosion resistant steel with excellent strength, tough, fabrication characteristics and weldability. Pitting and crevice corrosion for Incoloy 925 Coils can occur in environments containing chlorides, wherestress corrosion cracking can occur at temperatures over 60 Degree C. Alloy 925 Plates are mainly optimized for oxidation and high temperature corrosion resistance, and they also have good mechanical properties, partly due to their austenitic structure and partly due to certain alloying elements. Alloy 925 Coils is used in Pressure Vessels, Petrochemical Equipment, Firearms production, and more.
The high chromium content of Incoloy 925 Perforated Sheets provides resistance to oxidizing solutions such as nitric acid up to 55 % weight and up to 176 Degree F (80 Degree C). Incoloy 925 Perforated Plates will become sensitized in the temperature range of 425 Degree C – 860 Degree C; where this is not a problem for high temperature applications, but will result in reduced aqueous corrosion resistance. Incoloy 925 Perforated Coils has a higher carbon content making the steel more suitable for use in applications where elevated temperatures are present. We pride ourselves in the quality of our products like Incoloy 925 Slatting Coils, our competitive pricing and our exceptional customer service.
