Mangalam Metal is Manufacturer and exporter of Inconel Alloy 625 Sheets & Plates, which offers Resistance against rust, Precise dimensions, Durability, and more. Inconel 625 Plates has chromium, molybdenum and tungsten that improve the crevice corrosion and pitting resistance characteristics of the alloy. Inconel 625 Coils has outstanding resistance to both reducing and oxidizing media, and because of its versatility can be used where "upset" conditions are likely to occur or in multi purpose plants. Forging for Alloy 625 Plates should be started immediately the stock is removed from the reheat furnace and 25%/40% reductions help to retain as much internal heat as possible. Alloy 625 Perforated Sheets is used for Digesters and bleach plants in the paper industry, Components exposed to sour gas, Equipment for flue-gas de-sulfurization plants.
Inconel UNS N06625 Sheets is one of a few material that can resist the corrosion of moist chlorine, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide, this alloy have prominent corrosion resistanceto high concentration chlorate (iron chloride and copper chloride). At hydrochloric acid concentrations above about 5%, Inconel 625 Perforated Sheets provides a quantum improvement over the stainless steels, and offers much greater resistance hydrochloric acid in the concentration range. Inconel 625 Shim Sheets resists the formation of grain-boundary precipitates in the weld heat-affected zone, thus making it suitable for most chemical process applications in the as-welded condition.
