Mangalam Metal is manufacturer and supplier of Inconel Alloy 718 Pipes and Tubes, which can be used in heading, drawing and bending. The combination of molybdenum and nitrogen in the chemical composition of Inconel 718 Seamless Pipes is particularly effective in increasing the resistance to pitting corrosion and crevice, especially in acid medium with chlorides and sulfur compounds at high temperatures. Inconel 718 Welded Tubes are more resistant to atmospheric and other mild types of corrosion. In processes where condensation of sulfur-bearing gases occurs, Inconel 718 EFW Pipes is much more resistant to attack at the point of condensation than conventional alloy. All common hot working processes are possible with Inconel 718 ERW Tubes, asheat should be up to 2100 Degree F -2300 Degree F (1149 Degree C -1260 Degree C).
One known exception of Inconel 718 Round Pipes is highly oxidizing acids such as nitric acid to which the molybdenum-bearing steels are less resistant. Inconel 718 Square Tubesshould be heated to 1149 Degree C – 1260 Degree C (2100 Degree F – 2300 Degree F); however, it should not be heated below 927 Degree C (1700 Degree F). Inconel 718 Rectangular Pipes share some similar properties, such as high strength, corrosion resistance, and high concentrations of chromium and nickel. Because of benefits and chemical composition, Inconel 718 Electropolish Tubes is used extensively in a variety of industries for many applications.
