Mangalam Metal is supplier of Inconel Alloy 625 Pipes and Tubes, which is used in applications requiring enhanced pitting and general corrosion resistance. Inconel 625 Seamless Pipes is non-magnetic in the annealed condition but may become slightly magnetic after welding. Increased levels of chromium, nickel and molybdenum compared to Inconel 625 Welded Tubes improve resistance to chloride pitting and general corrosion. Inconel 625 EFW Pipes is often used in textile, pulp paper and chemical equipment, for corrosion resistance. Inconel 625 ERW Tubes offers higher creep, stress-to-rupture and tensile strength at elevated temperature. Machining of Inconel 625Round Pipes requires low speeds and constant feeds to reduce its tendency to work harden. Inconel 625 Square Tubes is recommended to use chip breakers, because of improved resistance to chlorides and other corrosives.
Hardenability of Inconel 625 Rectangular Pipes will be reduced if constant feeds and low speeds are used. Inconel 625 Electropolish Tubes has improved general and localized corrosion, good formability, and good weldability. Inconel 625 Tubes is also used in chemical and petrochemical process equipment, pulp and paper manufacturing and condensers in fossil and nuclear fueled power generation stations. UNS N06625 Pipes is evident in environments containing chlorides or other halogens, for example marine atmospheres. DIN 2.4856Tubes provides resistance to sensitization during welding and other thermal processes, because resistance increases with molybdenum alloy content.
