Mangalam Metal is a manufacturer and supplier of Hastelloy Alloy B2 Sheets and Plates, which has excellent resistance to oxidizing aqueous media and also has excellent weldability. Hastelloy B2 Plate sare available in different shapes, and can be used at very high temperatures and mechanical stress, and also where high surface stability is required. Hastelloy B2 Coils is purchased with a controlled chemistry, minimum Chromium level, minimum Molybdenum level, and a maximum Carbon content. Alloy B2 Plates can also be successfully deep-drawn, spun, press formed or punched, although the alloy tends to work-harden. AlloyB2 Coils is considered moderate too difficult to machine, but can be machined using conventional methods. Hastelloy B2 Perforated Sheets is a nickel – chromium – molybdenum alloy with universal corrosion resistance unmatched by any other alloy.

UNS N10665 Plate is used for Flue gas washer system, Geothermal well, Fluorine hydride furnace cleaner, Incineration cleaner system, Nuclear fuel regeneration, Pesticide manufacture, Phosphoric acid manufacture, and so on. DIN 2.4617 Sheets represents the lowest temperatures at which pitting and crevice attack is encountered in this solution, within seventy two hours. Hastelloy B2 Slatting Sheets must be fully solution annealed and have been subjected to quenching or air cooling processes to minimize the formation of intermetallic phases (mu phase), metallic carbides precipitin at the grain boundaries, and the risk of sensitization (inter-granular corrosion attack).
