Hastelloy B3 Tubes & Pipes, which does not withstand wet chlorine gas or hypochlorite bleach. While the primary function of the Hastelloy alloys is to survive under high-stress, high-temperature applications, the chief benefit of Hastelloy B3 Pipes is its ability to resist hydrochloric acid at all temperatures and concentrations. Hastelloy B3 Tubes is a nickel-molybdenum alloy with excellent resistance to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures. Alloy B3 Pipes also has other strongly reducing chemicals as Hastelloy B2, but with significantly better thermal stability, fabricability and SCC resistance. Hastelloy B3 Tube and Pipe is a nickel-molybdenum compound with magnificent protection from erosion, and stress-consumption splitting in addition to setting , warm dependability better than that of Hastelloy B2.
Also, this nickel steel combination has awesome protection from cut line and heat– influenced zone assault. Hastelloy B3 Seamless Pipes may also be produced through cold processing. However, Hastelloy B3 Welded Pipes work hardens quickly. Hastelloy B3 Round Pipes (UNS N10675) is a nickel – molybdenum alloy with excellent resistance to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures.
